The name is added to the title, and in the description we instruct geopress to tag it and to show a map. unfortunately the results from geonames aren't so precise! you can "Restrict geocoding to a given country. This parameter may improve the results of the geocoder for feeds focusing on a single country." but it will bind almost everything to that country :(
