Google Reader: My Shared Items, preprocessed for Tumblr use

Takes the shared items from my Google Reader account, cleans them up *a lot* so they match my Tumblr posting format. In the end I'll end up with two feeds, one for links (imported in Tumblr as "Links with descriptions") and one for comics and images (imported as "Full text without title").
