gRSShopper Feeds Page to RSS Post Aggregation

Extracts feeds from a gRSShopper feeds page (e.g. http://edfuture.mooc.ca/feeds.htm), iterates across the the source feeds and produces an aggregated RSS feed of all the posts that include the course tag: as a category/tag (if exposed in the source feed); or in the post title; or post content
