Ancient Places from the Pleiades Project

This is based on the Geo-annotated Reuters News pipe. That pipe uses the geonames.org RSS-to-geoRSS webservice to add location information to Reuters newsfeed. [The result is displayed using the Yahoo!Maps AJAX API (thanks to Pipes Location Extractor). It can be viewed there : http://www.80n.dreamhosters.com/] In this version, I've replaced the feed with the Archaic places listed on the www.pleiades.stoa.org site; other periods could be added in by adding more feeds, I suppose! It has some bugs. The extractor is working on the ancient names, rather than the modern locations, which results in some weird placements. I expect what I need to be doing is grabbing the 'modern location' information in the feed description for each place (via url builder's 'query parameters'), but I don't know how to do that yet.
