Beijing Air Twitter Feed - CSV Style

This Pipe takes the Twitter feed from BeijingAir, an air quality monitoring station on the top of the American Embassy in Beijing, and uses Regex to edit it into a format similar to CSV files (Comma Separated Values). This could be used to make a graph of hourly air quality.
