Twitter List to RSS

Generates an RSS feed from any Twitter list, e.g. http://twitter.com/twitterapi/team (for some reason Twitter doesn't support RSS feeds for lists, although lists are in the API). To use, pass in the list you want to generate a feed for via the listinput parameter. The listinput parameter should be of the form: twitter_screen_name/list_name e.g. twitterapi/team
