Finds popular links from del.icio.us based on recent tags for a particular user (ex. if you save something to del.icio.us and tag it "music", this Pipe will update with the most popular page for that tag based on the activity of other del.icio.us members). Enter the user name that you would like to base the recommendations on and the max number of posts per refresh (defaults to 10). Then sit back and discover the deliciousness.
