         <description>“Please Me by Standing by Me Please,” a new art show by Jen Sturgill and Todd Barricklow, is open at the Rasmussen Art Gallery in Angwin. Barricklow, a Santa Rosa artist, shows his work in ceramics, printmaking and metal from his studio and home. Sturgill, of Cotati, is a painter and teaches art at Jewish Community High School of the Bay in San Francisco. The show will be on display through Dec. 6 during regular gallery hours, 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Details: 965-6303.</description>

McCoy Jones Textile Gallery. The show, which opens Saturday, features 48 full-size and crib quilts that showcase the diversity of the Amish quilt tradition, as well as the connoisseurship of collectors Faith and Stephen Brown.</description>
