Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed that one day I'd receive one of those gorgeous robin's egg blue boxes. I'm an adult now, and I've yet to receive one, but I'm constantly dreaming of the day when a gift from Tiffany's will magically appear before me. I adore this necklace. It's gorgeous.

Am I the only person who didn't know that Victoria Secret releases a new collection each season? Well, they do, and they've just released a sneak peek of their Fall 2008 line of lingerie. The garments have a retro feel with high waists and demure silhouettes.

I’m a fan of VS and I'm pleased to see their sexy new campaign fronted by Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes (who knew Doutzen could do lingerie so fabulously?) As a black woman with a very "ethnic" body type, I've learned to be weary of one-size-fits-all apparel. I've had nothing but horrible experiences with everything from dresses to t-shirts. One size fits all, usually means one-size fits one size or maybe two at best.

So when I heard about the Hanky Panky Low-Rise Thong which allegedly fits all sizes from 2 to 14, I was more than a little bit suspicious. Being a panty enthusiast, of course I tried them out anyway and I have nothing but praise for the super stretchy, super light underpants. Not only are they remarkably comfortable (for a thong), but they didn't even show any panty lines under my clothes.

I know we've heard a lot about the fashions that graced the screen in the Sex and the City movie, but until now I haven't seen a lot about the jewels. Nicole Miller Launches New Lingerie Line

In case you didn't know, not only does Nicole Miller create wondrously stylish and sexy ready to wear apparel, but she's in the lingerie business as well. In fact, the design maven has already produced one line of gorgeous underthings, and now she's set to produce another . The new collection, called 3rd date. is said to be for "the way women live their lives today.

The collection, which will be available in Bloomingdale's this winter, will feature 7 bra styles, coordinating bottoms, and a suspender belt.

Average retail price for the bras will be $50, the garter belt will go for $24, and panties will be $15. Lingerie this pretty (and inexpensive!) should be shown off, but try to wait until the 3rd date!
