2009年同志大遊行已經快過去一個月了，當天除了看到許多帥哥猛男、以及提醒異性戀社會要正視同性戀之外，很多人應該都有收到免費保險套這個額外贈禮吧？

我到下半場才到遊行現場，所以今年沒拿到保險套，但有看到許多朋友都拿到寫著「要愛不要菜花」美麗包裝的保險套。

心中疑惑了一下，咦～菜花？雖然我沒得過這種病，但它可說是傳說中的男同志殺手，治療過程耗時費力且不舒服，而且傳染途徑還不只一種，別以為只有口交不壹零就不會中標，要是剛好小嘴破了個洞，一樣中大獎！更驚人的是，菜花的潛伏期最長可達一年，也就是說呢，要是來個一夜情，怎麼會知道自己有沒有中標呢？寫到這兒，不禁回想起上個月去過了哪些地方？嗯…三溫暖，游泳池，KTV……天啊！想著想著雞皮疙瘩都起來了。

正所謂預防重於治療，阿尼基大好人特地上網查了一下，據說美國FDA已經在今年10月正式公告男性朋友可以開始施打HPV疫苗來預防菜花，可說是男性一大福音呀! 現在只求英明的台灣政府可以早日開放施打，推動同志朋友「性&愛兼具」的快樂人生呀！

但還是要提醒大家的，縱使有HPV疫苗可預防感染菜花，但不代表性行為就可以不使用保險套喔！ (觀看全文...)

"No one who I can think of, except perhaps James “Blood” Ulmer, has taken a truly contemporary look at traditional blues with the musical and lyrical intensity of Billy Jones. While Ulmer’s music is often dark and angry, Jones takes a more restrained and soulful approach while still expressing deep love, despair, and other intense feelings with his music.
Musically, there is a mix of styles on the CD. Jones can hammer out some hard, driving blues or go more traditional in his approach. But what really got to me were the lyrics. There are several songs where Billy gets into the urban problems of his "hometown."
The modern, urban blues lyrics start right from the beginning of the CD. He starts out with some slow jam/blues in a ballad called “Here With You”. He sings of how deep his love is: “your love is much warmer than my prison cell, so if the homies ride tonight I think I’m gonna stay right here”. With the second track, “Pull My 44”, Jones sings of a jealous lovers' rage. He describes his lovers' beauty and talks about how he’s jealous and if “I catch you messin’ wit’ my woman, Man I’m mo’ pull my 44”. The music has a Mississippi Delta component to it, yet it is modern and urban. Later, we hear “Crystal”; this is a semi-psychedelic rocking song about his addiction and the dangers of Crystal. It’s not a girlfriend named Crystal, but crystal methamphetamine. In the title track, “My Hometown’, Jones talks frankly about the problems in the ghetto. Schools not teaching you what to do, gangs, violence, meth labs, broken families, and a repressive system all become part of these modern blues.
Jones goes a more traditional R&B route with music and lyrics in cuts like “Right Now” and "Never Let You Go”. The deep bass notes driving the beat and his vocals are a throwback to an older soul era where he sings of loves won and lost. In “The Clown” Billy goes to his guitar and sweetly bends some notes to punctuate the song about his lost love, where he states “and girl for you I’m just a clown.”
Top to bottom, this is a nice little CD.
Jones calls his music “Bluez” and sings about the problems of his life and hometown with heart and feeling; it is “blues” transformed, updated and urbanized. This North Little Rock, Arkansas musician is the real deal and “my Hometown” is a great CD!"

The Urbanization of Delta Blues:

It's a long way from the rich, fertile delta lands of North Little Rock, Arkansas, to the Netherlands where he records for Dutch blues label Black and Tan Records, but for Billy Jones it was a route of which he never lost sight.

Born into the segregated south, he was exposed to the driving beat of the Blues when he was still an infant. In the crib, he could hear it as it permeated the walls against which he slept. This sound which spoke to him gave him an early direction in life which he has pursued to this day.

His early memories are of a juke joint from where he would draw inspiration; the images, and the folks he knew then are the stuff of his song. They gave him a mind-set that would drive him to perfect his craft as a guitar slinging blues man.

Billy Jones is betting that the Blues can experience a revival of interest. What is needed is a fresh infusion of imagination. And to capture a bigger share of the Black music market, what is needed is for the Blues to once again become relevant to the African American experience.

We spoke with him upon the release of his latest CD My Hometown.

Before we talk of how a Delta Blues artist gets signed by a Dutch-owned label, ie Black and Tan Records, let's talk of how you started in this business. What was your first exposure to the Blues, and what are some of your earliest memories of this music?

I was raised from the age of six months in my grandfather's cafe and boarding house, The Cedar Street Cafe - 903 Cedar Street - North Little Rock, Arkansas. The room that we lived in was directly behind the wall of the main ballroom where the juke box was. My crib was on the other side of that wall, so as a baby I would be laying there listening to Elmore James, Big Joe Turner, Jackie Wilson, B. B. King, Muddy Waters, Sam Cooke and all the blues and soul greats while the cafe customers played records and partied well into the night. My bed would vibrate on the bass notes. That was my first exposure to the music. I absorbed the music as I could literally hear it in my sleep. One of the first thoughts that I remember having was that I wanted to be like B.B. King and Elmore James.

There was this dangerous juke-joint/nightclub place down the road from my grandfather's cafe called Jim Lindsey's Place. Many of the big "chittlin' circuit" stars of the day used to perform there like Howlin' Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson and Bobby Blue Bland. Sometimes at night when everyone else was asleep, I would sneak out of the room and climb up high in an old chinaberry tree and watch what was going on over at Jim Lindsey's Place. I could hear the band from there and pretend that it was me onstage.

All the pimps, players, dealers, whores and gangsters used to hang out there and someone was always getting shot or stabbed on a regular basis. Remember that this was the segregated south, so whenever someone would call for an ambulance for a shooting, or fight, at a the club, they would send a hearse from the black owned funeral home instead of an ambulance. If the victim was still alive they would take them to a black doctor. ...If not, they would take them to the funeral home.

Of course I thought that these were the "beautiful people" and I wanted to be just like them when I grew up. Especially the musicians, with their tight-legged, sharkskin suits and Stacy Adams shoes, their jewelry and the way they wore their hair in a process. And the women! ...the way they used to dress back then was so glamorous! And of course Bobby Blue Bland's Cadillac. ..."No medical school for me dad... I'm gonna be a blues star."

The house band for Jim Lindsey's Place lived in an upstairs room over the club, and during the day I would go over there and try to hang out around them. They could tell that I really wanted to be a guitar player.

There was this one musician who played at the club named Red Harpo... he told me that he was Slim Harpo's brother. I believed him. Whether he was or not, one thing is true, Red could play the hell out of a guitar! ... There was an air of excitement about him. Women would fight over him. He would let me come up to his room sometimes and talk to him while he would sip "Golden Rod" wine on ice and play and sing for me and show me how to play the new hit songs of the day, while I soaked-in all the information that he was giving me about being a real musician.

By the time I was fourteen years old, I was hanging out at 'Williams Pool Hall.' One day this older guy pulled up in a 1957 Chevy station wagon packed full of amplifiers, microphones and drums He came in. He had that same air of excitement about him that Red had. He said that he was in a band and he had a gig booked in Lonoke, Arkasas that night and that he heard me play guitar and they were looking for a guitar player. He said that his name was Hosea Levy and that he and his younger brother Calvin Levy would pay me $6.00 if I played with them and Willie Cobb, Little Johnny Taylor and Larry "Totsie" Davis that night. I didn't tell him that I had never played in a band before. I was fourteen years old and I was going on the road! I was trying to be cool and I agreed to go with him. But I was so excited to be going to play with a real band!

That was the first day that I went on the road with the Levy Brothers Band, and the beginning of a lifetime journey into the world of the blues . I've been on the road ever since. So it was "on the job training" for me.

Now, how old were you when you first picked up the guitar? How did you become this accomplished musician that you are today?

It's hard for me to remember when I didn't have a guitar... it's just something that I've always wanted to do.

Because I loved guitars so much, around age four, or five years old, my uncle Vernon had given me a little plastic toy guitar with a music-box handle that played 'Pop Goes the Weasel' when you turned it. It was instant love. I used to stand in front of the juke box with that little guitar and pretend that I was every artist whose record was playing. I was always running around holding that guitar. I don't think I ever put it down.

I think I really started getting serious about it during the summer between the 5th and 6th grade.
I didn't play with the other children in my neighborhood that much. I hung around adult musicians and spent most of my time learning songs from records and trying to sound like the guys on the recordings. Sometimes I would hang out with the winos and perform for them. Some of my family thought I was weird. But music is both my occupation and my recreation. And I spent almost every waking moment playing it and studying and imitating the artists that I idolized. ...I guess that I was kinda weird.

How did you start to playing gigs traveling from military installation to installation entertaining military members and their dependents? Were you in fact in the military at the time?

No. I was not in the military. I always regretted that I didn't join the Air Force. I think that I would have liked it. This was during my twenties, after I had started my own band and was playing a lot of Rick James, Cameo, Funkadelic, Stanley Clarke, Hendrix, Bar-Kays, Commodores, Gap, Zapp, and that kinda thing. At that time I was being booked by this big-shot "Clive Davis" type guy named Gene Williams, who was really hooked-up with the Grand Ol' Opry and the Nashville scene and was managing Ferlin Husky, Claude King and Donna Douglas, who played the part of Elly Mae on the television show The Beverly Hillbillies.

Since he couldn't book a black band in the Country Music Capitol of the World, he started booking me into NCO and Officer's clubs on Naval Stations, Air Force Bases, Army Posts and military installations all over the United States. I lived the military lifestyle without actually being in the military. GI women are great!

I learned a lot and made a lot of friends... to this day I have the highest respect for military personnel. They are great people. They work hard and they play hard... and they love hard.

Where did this traveling take you?

To over 42 states... countless times. And to many clubs and shows that were booked off-base when we were in whatever city. I did that for ten years. I loved it!

So you weren't traveling to Europe. It wasn't while traveling like this that you first met Jan Mittendorp of the Black and Tan Record label? How did he come to sign you for his label?

I met Jan Mittendorp in 2004 when I sent a promotional CD of my music to him. He liked what I was doing and flew me over to Amsterdam to record some of my songs for Black and Tan Records.

A few months later, after the 'tha Bluez' CD was released, I went back to do a month-long tour of Europe to support the release. We liked each other instantly and have been working together ever since.

He's a great guy to work with, and I have complete artistic freedom to style my music any way that I see fit.

According to sources you have a unique take on the "corporate game" as it pertains to the music industry. Can you share your ideas on the recording industry in general? How did you develop this perspective on the record industry?

Let me be the first to say that I have said a lot of senseless crap in order to get attention in my time. I'm not sure which particular proclamation you are referring to, but it may be the time that I said that some labels have chosen to force feed the public old ideas rather than offer them new ones. And that the response of the youth audience has been to ignore the music in droves.

What I want to do is to re-introduce the young urban audience to the music of their heritage by presenting it in a format that they can appreciate.

I think that one of the reasons that the blues industry is becoming stagnant is because many labels discourage original ideas and many label owners are basically "wannabe" artists and bookkeepers, business guys who want to "handle" and "direct" their artist's careers in order to live out their own musical fantasies by dictating to the artist how the career ...and the music should go....sometimes before it is even written, instead of allowing the artist to be fully creative. That makes for mediocre songs. Some want to impose their own musical limitations into the creative process. They want the artist to be the "idiot savant" like Blind Tom, and create these musical masterpieces on demand, but let the label owner make all the business decisions and of course ...handle all the money.

I have musician friends who sign with these carpet-bagger type of record labels who have them out touring all over the world and making records. The artists never see any reasonable amount of income for it and don't have what they need to get by on, while the record company guys screw them out of most of the money with the promise of those mysterious mechanical royalties that never seem to appear. If they do appear, then it's just enough to pay back the advance that you probably didn't get from the record company in the first place. The artists are like slaves to these guys. Now that's blues tradition!

Some want formulas and repetition of familiar patterns and mimicry that they can re-package into neat little categories and sell to the public, much like the rock guys keep re-packaging Jimi Hendrix, and the Rasta guys keep re-packaging Bob Marley, or the blues guys keep re-packaging Muddy Waters and Robert Johnson. That has nothing to do with art or creativity or even music. It's just standard snake-oil sales tactics.

When I first started sending my songs out to labels in order to shop for a recording deal, one of the biggest blues label owners in the game wrote me and said that I had no idea about what the public, especially the black audience wants to hear on a blues record and that I really needed to decide if I was going to be a bluesman, or a soul man, or a rock guy and to stick to that one thing, because if I released a recording with all those musical styles on one cd, the audience would be confused and wouldn't buy it. I think that he seriously underestimated both the musical tastes and the intellect of the general public.

The "my Hometown" cd is exactly that. It's the biggest project that I have ever been involved with. The songs on the cd are being well received by people who listen to all types of music... not just blues.It was recently chosen by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Continental Airlines, Czech Airlines and 25 other international airlines to be included in their in-flight audio entertainment listings. If you are traveling by airplane please check it out on your in-flight audio player. The songs became available for passengers to listen to in the month of November. (..."that's a commercial!") This recording has been gathering very positive critical reviews from music writers and getting high rotation international radio airplay. The "my Hometown" cd has been featured in several music publications. Has been #1 on XM Satellite Radio, and is presently #6 on the Real Blues Magazine Top 100 cd's charts. ...and I'm just getting warmed up!

As much as this applies as much to the existing Blues labels, I am certain that this take applies more to the Big Four labels of the recording industry. How does Jan's approach differ?

In any business situation there is gonna be negotiation and compromise. Jan is a pretty straight forward and honest guy. He's open to new concepts and ideas and I like working with him. ...He's cool.

I'm sure that if I were signed to one of the big four that you mentioned, that 'my Hometown' would have never seen the light of day. I would have had to release a cd that sounds just like every other blues cd out there. The only thing that ever changes about some of those products is the name of the guy singing.

Now recording for Jan's label and having toured Europe, you can certainly answer this: do you feel that the record industry is different in Europe than it is here in the States?

Yes... In America the record industry has become an assembly-line, one-beat type of thing.
All the rap songs sound the same. All the blues songs sound the same. All the subject matter sounds the same. If one song is a hit, then there is a rush to make every song after that sound just like that one.

In Europe the music is not shaped by trends and fads.. It's shaped by talent.. ..and it just has to be good.

Not that I'm down on corporate American music companies, but they are about numbers, not music. There is plenty of great music in America, but it is coming from the home studios and independent artists. There's some fantastic stuff that's coming off the streets that is re-shaping the dynamics of the industry.

Do you find the audiences here and abroad different? In what ways?

Yes... The European audience seems to listen to a wider spectrum of music than the American audience. They are open to all types of music and will listen to anything based on whether they like the song or not.

I find that Americans tend to see music in the same way that they see fashion and fads.
There is a "herd" mentality involved here where everybody wants to do what everyone else is doing.

It's like musical segregation. If jazz is in vogue, then everyone in a certain peer group wants to listen to only jazz. Anyone who listens to anything different is considered un-cool by that group. Same with blues. Same with Hip-Hop. I think that this makes for a poor musical diet. There is something to learn from every musical genre.

I once had a friend who gave me an album of Iranian sheep herder songs. At first listen, I dismissed it as illogical noise because I was not familiar with the scales and melodic patterns that were being played on what sounded to me like a banjo... I'm sure that it was an instrument specific to the region that the music came from and not a banjo, and I didn't understand the language that the songs were being sung. But by the third listen I had discovered that the music was fantastic!; the passion and intensity of the singer's delivery was amazing... and I found myself listening to it all the time. I ended up writing one of my most popular songs, 'Reconsider Baby', based on what I learned from that experience. Some music critics and scholars theorized that I had crafted the song by combining blues with hip-hop and Latin music. I don't suppose that they have ever heard much Iranian sheep herding music. I still have that album... it's one of my most treasured possessions.

How did you come to refer to your music as "Bluez"? Is this to differentiate your music from the music created by the "record industry"?

Yes, it is...I have studied many types of music, including jazz, country, rock, funk, R&B, punk, new wave or whatever, and I wanted to incorporate some of the elements from all of these styles into my original music.

I didn't want to use the standard term "blues" because I realized the to the youth audience blues equals old. I didn't want to align myself with the "old blues guy" stereotype because this music anything but that.

There is no mention of the mule or the cotton or the tractor on this project. Those are issues of today's audiences grandparents. While most blues music is focused on the past...this is music for the 21st century. And while most blues music is written by men for men, many of my songs are directed to the female listener. They address some of the social concerns and romantic intricacies of modern-day urban existence. This music is something new and different and delivers social commentaries and messages that the urban audience can relate to.

Also, by creating my own musical terminology it causes the search engines of the internet to "learn" that word and associate it with me. So that if you type Billy Jones Bluez into your computer the search engines will bring up lots of information about my music.

How long have you worked to infuse an urban element into your music? How has it been received by your audience?

I never intentionally set out to "urbanize" my music. I just wanted to learn everything that I could about my craft and how to please the audience that was in front of me that day. It was just natural evolution. The reception has been overwhelmingly positive from the general public... not so much by the blues purists.

Can we hear more of this influence on this latest CD of yours, than on your previous?

Definitely on the "my Hometown" cd. On previous releases you can hear hints of the influence, but I had to "dumb it down" a little in order to appease the label owners and record songs that were a little more predictable in order to get them to release the recordings. However, when I met Jan Mittendorp and signed with Black and Tan records, part of our agreement was that I would have complete artistic freedom; I would write the music the way that I thought it should be... If it wasn't too "artistic" to release, then Black and Tan would release it. This has been my most popular recording ever! Although my "Prime Suspect for the Blues" cd did well, there's no comparison to the response that "my Hometown" is receiving.

Presently a number of Black artists are working to merge Blues music with Hip-hop. This would include artists such as Billy Branch, Russ Greene, Chris Thomas-King, among others. In fact, R L Burnside even did his take on this cross-infusion of the Blues, which was met with mixed reviews. Do you see your music going in this direction?

What these artists understand... and the reviewers and "experts" probably don't, is this:
Hip-Hop has evolved from blues and is very much a part of it.... Hip-Hop is the blues of today.
If you analyze the greatest hip-hop songs of all time, like "The Message" by Grand Master Flash and The Furious Five, or "How Do You Want It?" by Tu Pac Shakur ...(which is based on the hook from "Body Heat" by Quincy Jones), ...it's easy to hear that these songs are pure blues with African/Jamaican bass lines and drum beats. Of course, the stories that these songs tell are undeniable blues themes that reach deep into the heart of the African American experience. I love a little "gangsta" in my blues.

Do you agree with the assertion that the white artist has been more closely bound by tradition, whereas the Black artist has always been more progressive in their approach to the music, looking for the "next big thing"? This, perhaps, can be seen more in Jazz than in Blues.

Are these attempts at cross-infusion done more for the music, or is it being done for the rewards that the urban artist seems to be enjoying, the "bling"?

Definitely for the music. I don't think that it has very much to do with the "bling".... little if anything.
Of course any artist wants to be well compensated for their work... I certainly do.

But the battle between the blues purist and the blues artist has gone on long before now. The artist wants to be artistic and create and innovate.... the purist doesn't want anything to change. No new instruments, no synthesizers, no drum machines, no new nothing. If Muddy didn't do it... it's wrong.

But when Bob Dylan and Muddy Waters switched from acoustic to electric guitar the purists said that they were ruining the art-form. Look at all the great classics that were created because they ignored the "experts". I have concluded that the purists are just a handful old guys who's opinions don't really matter.

What the artist is trying to do is stretch the boundaries of the music and infuse elements that will appeal to a contemporary audience and to bring something new and relevant to the table.

However, if the "experts" want to tell the artist what the song should sound like before it is written, there probably won't be much "bling" forthcoming. They won't sell many to people who buy cd's today. If an artist can reach the public and they love the music, then the "bling" will be just a pleasant side-effect.

As far as the musicians that are bound by tradition, I don't think that they are so much bound by tradition as maybe lacking in imagination and a working knowledge of modern beats and rhythmic patterns.

In order to compete effectively in the music business you have to stay on top of current events. That means that you have to have an understanding of contemporary musical styles and trends.

I remember reading in a biography of Elvis that no matter where he was he was always listening to the radio in order to monitor musical trends and to hear what his competitors were doing. And he was Elvis!

Music is about constantly learning. Some guys don't like to put out that extra effort to stay on top of it. They want to play the same old stuff that they already know and pass it off as "keeping the music alive". Many of them are taking the safe road of mimicking artist of the past and sticking to a pre-determined formula or constantly re-recording old songs for an old audience instead of reaching out to draw in a new audience. Kinda like a boxer "laying on the ropes" and making easy money and waiting for the bell.

There's nothing wrong with that, I know many who make a decent living doing it... for a long time I did it. But now I think have something that I want to say, and I want my music to appeal to a mass audience.

Is this image (the rewards) a creation of the "corporate entertainment business"?

No, it is not... it's a creation of the hip-hop industry and the age of music video. It is an expression of what the young black audiences wants to see. What they want to be.

One of the biggest obstacles to selling blues music to young blacks is that the blues industry projects the images of poverty and ignorance and servitude as part of it's selling points, and young black people overwhelmingly reject that picture. There is an overseer mentality to the whole scene.

The blues industry is dominated by white males who would have us return to the days when life was good and the negroes were happy and knew their place, the cotton was high as a elephant's eye and all was right with the world. But that's the story from their perspective. ..In reality, the negroes were not happy. They were desperately poor and suffering in the shadow of the overseer....who had all of the "bling," by the way. If you have ever had to be poor then you probably wouldn't want to buy products that imply poverty.

Young black people want their heroes to be successful, tech savvy, dress well, have money and nice cars. Not so much "workin' for the man" and "moseyin' on down da road." The blues industry needs a major image make-over in order to connect with young black America.

When I used to perform on Beale Street, besides meeting B.B. King, the thing that stuck out most in my mind is that the primary theme/motif of every club on Beal Street was that of an old raggedy shack or juke joint.

Those clubs look like poverty. That's the way the white tourist loved them because they are reminded of when they went to some poor "colored" guy's house or juke joint. The black tourist would see it as unpleasant memories of a miserable childhood and say "Thank the Lord that we don't have to live like that anymore".

I was surprised that Morgan Freeman's 'Ground Zero' club in Clarksdale, Mississippi has that "old raggedy shack" theme also. You would think that a rich, powerful and successful black man who opened a club in his hometown would want to have something that his people could be proud of and aspire to. But then, what do I know about what Morgan Freeman is thinking. He's a legend and a genius... I'm just some guy with a guitar.

Do you feel that these urban images as it is depicted in Hip-Hop more closely reflect the Black condition as it exists today?

Yes... black people have worked hard to escape that lifestyle and better their condition.The other images have nothing to do with this century.

Do you feel that the urbanization of Blues music is an effective way of reaching a younger market? To what market are you ultimately hoping to appeal?

Definitely... it's the only way to reach the younger market.

I want my music to appeal to everyone. That's what seems to be happening. The stories that I tell on this cd are true and universal. People across all genres are embracing the music.

For those who have not seen your live show, how would you describe what you do on stage? Can you give us an idea of the demographics of your audience?

I try to make a personal connection with the audience and have a lot of fun and draw them into the performance. I want them to forget about their problems and escape into Billy's world for a little while.

Nobody sits down on my stage except the drummer... and I'm thinking of having him to stand-up and move around during the show. But I haven't figured out how to do it yet!

In light of prevailing social and economic conditions that exist today, do you still feel that music can be a "vehicle of change"?

I know that music can be a vehicle for change. Music is a gift from the creator who wrote the song of life. If you do it right it gets you on a level that is primal. And the right story can change the world.

History is littered with songs that have changed the social consciousness of the world and made it a better place. I hope that the stories that I tell on this recording will do something to address the issues of the audience that it was written for.

Hey guys,

Long time no post. I have been very busy with school. Last night I was rushing to do my paper since one of my group members told me that the rough draft was due today but it was not. But at least I got that paper done.

Got my Asian Phil midterm #2 back I got 15/20 I was so shock. I study for the test but the essay question I just bull shitted. The first midterm he let us choose one out of the 3 questions to write a essay on but this one he pick one and it had to be the one that I didn't study for. I could not believe I was even close to what he wanted on the essay.

When it comes to school I can be very lucky sometimes. This was the first time I ever bull shitted on a test, but when it comes to my love life I am not lucky at all.

Well the guy I like is back from China I am so happy hehe. I could not stay away from him he called me out of the blue the other day and spark a flame inside me. My bff is doing good to he looks so skinny now but he still sexy as ever haha. He complains about it, but hes hot and he knows it deep down inside.

We didn't go to the club last week we just went to movie. ZT came along to he so cute like a plush toy haha. Even though he is a clingy type of guy I can tell he does have a sweet heart. I know its been a week but I dont think He will take my bff away from me. I think because of this school stuff, I had no time to think about the people around me. and try to understand them, well him. Just for everyone information I never thought badly of ZT just didn't know what to expect from him. But on Saturday I went to Hunter which is now called "Brix" what a stupid name for a club. I went with my Goh Goh, that places has so many ugly people. But its a good confidence booster hehe.

Its interesting how my bff gets someone who will care for him no matter what. Of course I have him who cares about me, but still when we are both high who will wacth over me. Yes I took "E" for the 3rd time.

First time I got nothing out of it what waste, 2nd time I got semi high it kept going away than coming back for me. 3rd time for me I felt so good, The great thing about me is that even If I'm drunk or high I never look like I am. The bad thing is that people will not believe if I told them I was high or drunk. When I am drunk I usually get lighter, when I am high I don't know yet. Don't worry guys I wont get addicted to it. Its only for once in awhile. Its a lot better than getting drunk.

I am back to my normal self that was in Korea. Not as bitchy anymore and just keeping my eyes open and my mind. I do not have school tomorrow thank god.

Hey guys,

Well I hope you all had a great Halloween. Mine was ok yesterday I went to dragon and again not many people wore a custom. Thats why this year I did not wear one. But beside that I was really not in the mood last night so I was just ok.

My bff of course is going out tonight wanted to go with him but since his man, well not really, a guy who wants to be his man picked him up. But the problemm with this guy is he is really clingy and gets jeoulse easy. So Im stratiing to think that me and my bff will not hanging out that much. I will not go up to the city by myself. And my bff has to pass mmy house before he can go to SF. SO we allways woudl swicth whos car we take to this city. He would drive up to my house than I would take my car or his or another friend. Since he lives 30 mins away from me.

Yeah i get jeolsue of him all the time. He always gets these guy who drive to him and pick him up and these guys live near me not really that far like 5-15mins away, they used to pick me up to becasue they knew that they can not sperate us. A lot of poeple knew that if you date him you have to date me too haha. Not really but becasue we are really close its like that almost. A lot of people see that. And the guy ask him and he said yes but I saw in his eyes he hates that and doesnt want that. I feel like hes going to try to destory that.

But its still sad that everyone likes him. Like last night everyone ignores me the guys who know me, who are my bff's guy TZ's friends, they only say hi to me when they want a cig. Kinda sad. I believe that my bff has a new group that doesnt like me. They just fake like me, and Im kinda of tired of that. Becasue when they say hi to him, and I am right next to him so they notice I am there.

I swear I am sick of all this Drama in my life I dont ask for it but it just seems to come in my life. In Korea I do not have drama at all. Only the US. My bff always has a guy after him around this time and than around spring he breaks up with them, becasue he doesnt feel anything.

It would feel nice to have someone loth or wants me so bad, but never. Even one of my friends who also tried to find a bf got one. Hey guys,

Sorry for the really long wait for the new post. I have been really busy with school my bday and friends birthday. I do not seem to have enough time for anything except time for jacking off haha.

Well on the 16th which was a friday I got really drunked a lot more drunked than usally since my bday was coming up. I had a great time with friends, but when I got home I got really emo. And I had an argument with my step father saying who gives a shit that Obama is president. The world and in America still has racist people. Just becasue he so called black by most people( which pisses me off) there are still areas in America that dont except it even in the lovely gay community.

The gay community seems to be all about equality off everyone, but when it comes to thier sex partners or one night stands they dont look for whats inside but only whats outside. For me even if I were to do a one night stand it should be with someone I can have some kinda of emotion. There is lust, friends with benfits, love making but the all posses a emotion. So for me I would want to know that person before anytype of one night stand.

This of course is what I really wanted to tell my step father and my mother but did not. They really do not kwow whats going on with me. My mom ended up crying that night forcing me to drink water holding me in the bed saying all she wants is for me to be happy. What a good start on my bday weekend.

Than Sunday we had dinner at some Italian resturrant which suck by the way. My best friend pick it. I dont blame him, he found it and he saw it was a 4 star resturant but I think it was only becasue it was a nice place. Than went to Trigger near Castro for clubbing got really wasted again. I was not emo untill the end.

I got emo because a guy that I like before Mr. C.P was playing around saying I am his ex he grab me and than kiss me on the lips. After that he took my hand we went outside and we talk. He said something about how he would have dated me if there was no drama between one of my friends and this other guy.And he kept on holding me and hugging me. After that he need to go I statred to cry. Becasue I was just like what the hell. Then I finally went back in and this guy F.B kept toouching my ass. He is so freaking cute haha.

For any of you new people, I do not get guys at all, ones I like end up liking my bff, or they move to China and than say they like me, or my friend ends up liking him. So I cried becasue this seems to be a recyling way of life for me in the gay world here.

So Yeah I was happy that I was with friends, just not the gay bicths here in the bay area.
Than on Tuesday I met up with F.H which was his bday. We went bowling well they did I just wacth. I just kept making fun of F.B hehe.

Than Friday the 23th went to dragon again and went clubbing with friends. That was intresting. Than on saturday we celebrated F.H bday at a friends house. I got way to drunk but my bff pick me up and we went to End up in SF near 280 exit in Sf I believe. Great place. I drop for the second time and finally got high for the first time haha. I was so wild. But I was with F.B the whole night flirting with him and made a new gay Korean hyung(big bro). I finally had a good weekend.

Well this is a lot of cathing up so much stuff that happend. I am just goinng to have fun flirt with people and so on. No one night stands but just having fun. Of course I will have spills here and there and be emo but usally when I am drunk I am happy as long as you dont hit the button of sadness and bring back old emotions. Its like people can have fun drinking as long as you do not brinng up religion or politics than a fights going to happen.

Went to LA today had alot of fun but really felt like a 3rd wheel -_- . I went for a specific reason to help out a friend but I dont know if I did anything to help .I felt like a total looser just sitting around and not knowing how to help I know nothing about filming movies -_- . After we went home I told my friend how I felt and he said you did help me but didnt say how lol . I guess I tend to think and worry about these things to much , as it is 3:24 AM and its still on my mind. I promise to be more helpful next time. Hey guys,

Well I have been pretty busy lately. Midterms are over of course still waiting for 2 other test scores. I hope I did good on them. Life has been very wierd for me lately. My dong sang the guy I talk about in the last previous blogs is gone. The funny thing is I didnt cry. I think becasue it didnt hit me yet. Its one of those thiings that you still dont believe.

Beside that I have been trying to live my life happy since I will be here for awhile. I forgot if I mention that I might be going back to Korea next fall. I talk to my major adviosr and he said that most of the class that I took at Mission College count for many of the major course that need to be taken so all I have is left is electives which is good. the funny thing is that I just transfered there this fall.

So becasue all I have electives left I will go back to Korea as a exchange student get the course from there than sign up for my masters there. Than I still can have a degree from US and get a good job in Korea. I knwo a lot of people are pissed becasue I am using the US system but I tried to find a guy here they gay world here is to cruel so I need to leave. This country is not the place for me. So dont be mad becasue I knwo some good American people who moved to Europe becasue there life here was not good here too. Just becasue you are born somewhere doesnt mean thats your true home some find thier new home in another state or country. Life is different than in the past.

Well My bday is coming up soon, this Sunday at 7pm. So I will have a special blog for you guys.

Hey guys,

Well I did go to the club on friday. It was just me and my BFF went up to the city. Met some of our friends there. It was ok it seem to be new people there for some reason. There was some decent looking ones.I was was really wasted, probally since I have not gotton drunk for awhile.

While I was clubbing, one of my dongsangs the one I was talking about on Friday's blog got into a motercyle accident. He is is the hospital. I am really sad right now,and worry about him. If any of you saw Sailor moon hes is like her but worst, he seems to get hurt a lot. It not a good thing he is young and needs to live a long life.

So yesterday I was not really in the mood and still today not in a really good mood. I can not stop thinking about him. His little borther told me everything. Hes a wake now but still I worry. I am like a mother sometimes I really care about the poeple who come in to my life and I worry about them even if they use me or dont care care about me.Thats why I get used a lot. I cant say no and I have a heart like a women. I am just like mom.

SO If you guys can pray if your religous or just hope the best for him that would help. You may not knwo him but, no one derseves to die or get hurt like that. I woudl never wish anything like that on anyone not even Hitler.

unbelievable, i dont have any blog posted here. i got about 45 in another web site. shall i start one??

i wonder if anyone has watched MTV VMA?... it started when i read the news about Kanye, Tailor, Beyonce. but u know u cannot watch it on youtube due to mtv's copy right. at last i watched the whole vma 2009 and am really impressed beyonce. i'm not her real fan but obsessed with many of her tracks. she performed sinlge ladies in 2009 vma which i though she's gonna choose sweet dream but she didnt. it's amazing. u gotta watch it. it's really attractive and now i can dance single ladies... unfortunately it's been so long for me to dance again. i remember the last time is about 5 yrs ago when i was in uni... i'm still in uni but .... dont have much time to play around as same as before. anyway u guys gotta watch it. lady gaga's performance is amazing as well. i really like her outfit.

yo the long weekends here peeps ! time to rest, play and.... study (just a bit) ! Ive had such a rush this week with all the work and assignment flying at me left, right and centre ! gahhhh ! working as a network assistant has so far been pretty good ! a bit of information overload on the first day but that aside everything else was alright ! now I have an all access staff card and the powers getting to my head ! and with the group assignment, well there's a huge chunk waiting for me to complete this weekend ! had to dog the group meeting a bit early on wednesday for my big day out with JB ... from the walk down to the stops, to the ride on the bus and my time making it up to our meeting place ... there was a huge smirk on my face ! peeps gave me the looks but nothing gave me the shits hahaha !

when I met him, he was wearing a dark navy suit, light blue shirt; his hair neatly styled and face unshaven. His features were delicate yet craggy and he stood with an air of caution around him. He was a dark, strong and intimidating figure, deeply immersed in the corporate world. There was uncertainty in the way he looked at me and uneasiness in his walk; I was quiet wary myself. Together, we navigated through the city and near the end of the night we found ourselves sitting high high up in a building, against the backdrop of the cityscape and a sea of lights that twinkled like the stars.... that night, I soared through the highest parts of heaven and sunk to the depths of the sea. everything was so wrong, that it was right...

so in other words, it was the most chill and awesome night I ever had out, though we did jack all ! but on friday night, after work we met up to grab dinner and go see the movie UP ! damn it was heaps good ! ..."SQUIRREL" ... disney movies arent just for kids you know lol !

and last night there was mid-autumn fest ! took my aunt and uncle out to lunch ! afterwards I copped myself the new Marvel Alliance 2 on PS3 yayer ! this game is off the chain !! cant wait to play coop ! later when I got back home I spoke with JB on the phone for a while, and cleared a few things out ! so glad we got the chance to, cause the whole night before and that morning I was feeling like shit ! but his words lifted me haha, got sent on a rocket trip lol ! and now its time to get back to work ! do your best peeps !

Just the other day, my friend (or should I still consider him as my friend?) told me he likes me. But here's the real problem. To think that I'll come into a relationship fucking bothers me to no end. In fact, I feel like barfing now thinking about it. He's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not my type to begin with and when I told him that, he asked "What type do you like then?"
I mean, GET REAL!! It's like even if you MAGICALLY change into that type, I'm still not going to like you! It's just fucking disgusting. I like healthy looking people. Not as in muscular healthy, but the slim athlete, average slim and even if you give me a slim dude, I don't mind as long as his BMI doesn't indicate he's suffering from serious anorexia! This particular guy is just not in either category to begin with and plus, he's on the bitchy side. He's nerdy and sometimes just creeps me out with his gay talk thingy, which I often AVOID AT ALL COST when talking to him.
I practically ignored most of his messages now and I might even quit my club because of him. The image of him disgust me to no end now. I mean yeah, given, the lunch out and the cafe talks were good, but only as good as a friend! Nothing else! Period!!!
And he apologized for touching a nerve. Like FUCK! That was MORE THAN A NERVE to begin with! Now it's going to haunt me in my nightmares. Wish me luck. I do hope I can get a good night's sleep.

Midterms and Realization

Hey guys,

Well I am goinng to make my blog more me, so I will put up hot people that or guys and grls. No I am not Bi but there are some sey girls out there haha, who I would go streight for haha.

This week was all midterms I have one more left on wed. I hope I do good. Yesterday midterms were kind of wierd. For my Global Soceity class he did not give any review so know really knew what was going to be on the midterm. We had a review day all he said was bring pen and pencil that is it. Than he siad any questions, people just ask about the readings after 15 mins of class everyone just left.

The Asian Philosophy one was easy. He gave a review I was up for like 3 hours reviewing it and when I took it, it only had 5 true/false, 5 muiltuple choice and one essay question it was pretty easy more than the review.

Well I have been kinda of sad lately, I know most of my readings are sad haha, but I met this Korean guy a few weeks ago. I still like C.L but siince hes not here and he does not know if he will come back or not I thought I should just met people and make friends. So this Korean guy who came to the states when he was like 5 I think. He said that I am cute on line and in person. The reason I am sad is becasue the guy is everything I like in a guy hes normal. I do not like the guy becasue he has a boyfriend and they are in a open relationship. But I am sad becasue the fact that a guy who thinks I am cute, have simliarties and we hit it of on the first met, is a guy I can not have. Kind of sad.

I have been talking to my dongsang(lil bro not real brother) back in Korea for the past few weeks, hes nice guy. He wants me to be happy and stop being sad. He knows I am gay but does not care. And he reads my blog from time to time to see how I am doing. I wish I could be in a relationship with him. Hes tying to make me feel good but the sad thing is that I am statrting to like him. Yeah I like two people at the same time really sad. He is just like the Korean guy I met a few weeks ago everything that I want in my man, just this guy is streight. Even though he is not gay he wants to protect me from all the bad things.

You know I took a online quiz at facebook, yeah they are not real test, but it was a test of what Asian is right for you, I got Korean. I am starting to think that I can only date my own people. I mean Chinese peopel love me as a friend but they dont see me in that way. I always found Chinese guys hotter than Korean. My list was Chinese, Japanese, than Korean. in the way of hottness but what ever. My frist date was with a Korean guy, My frist relaiosnhip with a Korean guy, gays that think im cute Korean guys. But most Gay Koreans here in America do not really date other Koreans.

Hey guys,

A lot of people wondering why I would get a tattoo of a tiger looking like Korea. Some people think its because of the Korean Pride that gets out of hand. No its not the answer.

The reason for it is because Korea is my homeland, even though I lived in the US for middle and high school Korea is where I was born and who I am. I have to respect that. But this is not the main reason and is only like 5% of the reason.

The main reason is because when I was about 7 or 8 can not really remember, I was rape by 5 high school boys back in Korea before I came to the United States. They rape me and said I was the most ugliest Korean ever.

When I came to America I didn't have any Korean friends. So going through a rough time I had no one to talk to about the changes or the problems I was going through. Most of the Koreans that came here did not want to consider me Korean. Also the Korean Americans did not want to believe I was Korean especially the gay ones. Also the Asian who are really white wash, think I am black or Mexican. Not trying to be racist but that really offends me. Like one of my friends brought his black friend to hang out with us because he thinks I'm part black, but the black guy said no I am not. The reason this hurts me is because black and Mexicans are look down upon. Yes there are blacks and Mexicans who are doctors and lawyers but the stereotype of what the world has of them is bad, and I do not want to be put in that stereotype.

This hurts me a lot. I am proud to be Korean and also proud to be 25%Polish, but I know nothing of my Polish side all I knwo is my Korean side. So this tattoo is for me to be proud of who I am. It is also to prove to others that even though I may not look like Won-bin or a half good looking Korean actor, I am Korean. I will get a Polish type tattoo when I find something that is really nice.

The funny thing is that when I went back to Korea for college a lot of Koreans just consider me Korean. They would say don't even say your 25% Polish your more Korean born in Korean and so on. I think with age comes maturity and more understanding. But here in American still today I get this negative stuff from people. It really hurts when people can see you for who you really are.

Even though Korea is still a conservative country that is opening the minds, eyes and ears. I feel that the United States still has a lot to go trough. Discrimination still goes through the US and most of through the gay world. Yes the gay world is about equality, however, there is this thing on people profile that say preferences. And to me that seem more discriminative than racism.

EX: Must be white, tone or muscle body only etc. And no not on sex sites. Even on sites where you try to find love.

Because a big majority of gay people think like this, my gay life is very boring. I am not the typical Korean or Asian boy that gays want. That is why I have no confidence or feel good about myself. I used to have a lot of gay people say, take your picture of the internet because you are the ugliest person they seen. But enough of this ranting.

I did go clubbing today. I was bored did not want to stay home but I did not get drunk, all I did was sit and wacth my friends have fun. Maybe I am getting old haha. I turn 24 next month.

Last night was massive ! Tony Tran and Mike Song brought the house down ! couldn't believe that I was shaking their hands, taking photos with them and learning their choreography in person ! these two guys have kept me inspired throughout the years that ive been dancing, and it was incredible just listening to them talk bout the dance mindset ! After class, CL wanted to go to clubbing but we were all too tired ! instead we headed out to stratfield to grab a bite ! stayed til round 1ish chatting with the boys Ko and Piddy ! it was a really good feeling dancing alongside these two last night ! we havent really had the chance since those days back in high school ! I remember really well those afternoons where them two would come crash and chill at my place after school ! we'd spend hours jamming and checking clips out on youtube !

Back then, we made our crew, just the three of us ! But I remember back then how useless I felt ! out of the three of us, I could do the least ! Ko was the all impressive bboy, with his tricks and all .. Piddy was the killer popper, a natural beat killer .. and then there was CB ... I was the hiphoper who couldn't do much ! I had such a heavy heart for holding them back ! But last night, we really saw how much each of us had grown as dancers ! We've all become so much more ! though I love the crew with seven people now, I do miss the times when it was just the three of us ! We decided then and there to pick up our game and start things fresh ! we've got plans and I can't wait til we get things moving woot !

If it wasn't for Ko, I wouldn't have got to take this photo with Song ! lol ! unfortunately, I was so geeky and nervous round him ! when he came to say hi, I ran away ! it was complete fail ! I wanted to throw myself onto the road for being so shameful ! luckily Ko pulled me over and told Song that I wanted a photo with him ! but I look so uneasy in the photo hahaha ! still, I can sleep well knowing that I will forever have this photo of Song and myself !

So many good things happened last night ! While I was still at the cafe, I read something that kept me smiling and warm all night through ! Ko's girlfriend, Vee caught a glimpse of what made me so happy ...and we spazzed out together =) =) =) ! happy happy !

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the long wait. School is so much lately. To much homework and midterms coming up this week. Well I am going to drop the WST class. I just got back my homework from that class all of them are "F's". My mom was like what the hell is with this teacher. The paragraph that I had to make was really good.

I think its becasue this class is made for student of the humanities department. My major is not in that department. So I will take the WST class when they have it for my department. But in my other class I got my other homework, and the grades were good. Like the case study thing I got A- which I was surprised.

Last weekend and today I am not going to the clubs. I bet a lot of my readers are like what. HAHA its not because of school but I do not feel like going to the clubs. I am getting sick and tired of the club scene here. I am just going to focus on school try to make str8 friends.

Gay people its hard to have friends. Like everyone msg me and said to tell my BFF to get better, but I was also sick. I felt like no one gave a crap about me. Like 3 weekends ago when I was at Dragon, I was next to my best friend and everyone was say hi to him hugging him and ignoring me. After a few mins they realized it was me and said oh hey Jun. But I have started to wounder if I should even consider them friends anymore. Gay people here seem to really care about the way their friends look like. (Gay Asian World) Gay Asian can be very bitchy. I knwo there are good ones but I think they gay life in the Asian community is not a place for me. As in the clubs and bars.

There's nothing really happening in my life right now that would be interesting to talk about. However there is finally 3 good looking guys in my class haha. In my Global Society class there is this Japanese America guy bald head in a frat he just just so hot haha. Than in my International Organization class there this Chinese American buff tall and sexy haha, and in my Asian Philosophy class there is this really tall Vietnamese American that's very cute, pretty eyes, great smile. I always look at him haha.

In Brazil, depending the region, the people are open minded, and doesnt care about sexual option,,, but we dont have laws against homophobia, but soom we will have, and also gay marriaged isnt allowed yet. And, in our open television, almost dont have gay couple, and when there is, dont have kisses...

So many distractions this week ! Trouble with the dance crew, trouble with group assignment, trouble with work and trouble with tests ! Gosh man, I've done a fraction of what I needed to complete ! Hate myself for going out so much lately ! but whenever summer hits I just love chillin' out at night !

Last night after uni I went out to catch a movie with friends of mine and had dinner at Seoul-ria afterward ! A few shots of soju too many, K started getting all depressed and worried bout her love life ! how she's going to find her "one" ... or even if there is "the one" for her somewhere out there ! all that talk got me heaps down ! I mean, damn girl, she's younger than me and already heaps worried ! should I be wracking out my brains then ?! should I be worried bout not being worried ?! ... I guess that's how life gets to us !

the whole night's atmosphere got a bit tense .... shouldn't have drank... and shouldn't have watched the movie we watched .. ahhhh.... District 9... please don't watch it ! it was a huge load of crap ! half way through the movie I felt like palming a brick into the faces of the people sitting infront of me ..... but then I realised they didn't make the movie ! even the rocky road choc top didn't calm me down ! #%^@$

And I just finished Nichkhun's Mnet Scandal on youtube ! awesome stuff ! if anyone's not familiar, its where a korean pop idol star is given the chance to date someone that has been specially selected for them ! and this episode was on Nickhun@2pm ! note however that its only for a short 7 days, which makes the break up heaps sad ! I reckon its kinda cruel ! but damn, watching all that is getting me all giddy for when I will start dating lol !

I never ever woulda thought that theyd be coming down to Sydney, and only after 2 weeks since the jabbawockeez dropped by for their bout of concerts in Australia ! this whole thing is getting me hyped up ! now I gotta hit the books so I wont have any excuse not to go ! I just hate it whenever people say "I can't, I've got an assignment/test coming up" ! I don't ever wanna catch those words coming outta my mouth ! gotta make sure everything works out for me this weekend ! study study study ! yo hope all goes smoothly for the rest of the peepz ! stay chill !

Things certainly aren't too bright today. It seems like things couldn't get any better.. So I went to school today, only to meet my academic advisor regarding my not-so-lovely result for my current semester. This one event was the only one that went well I guess. Then, when time progressed into the afternoon, that's when hell started. Given, I had lunch in town at about 1 pm. I lost track of time and I got back to campus at 2.15 pm. Sitting down at my desk, thinking things are according to my plans, then I received an sms from my mum. So I've done a big deal by forgetting to fetch my sister who's in town from her school. She waited for me till 3.30pm when I'm supposed to fetch her at 2 pm. Admittedly this is my fault, but still, knowing that I'm late, I rushed all the way to town, a 15 minutes drive away from my campus, only to know my sis had already got my uncle to fetch her back home. Getting really tired and fed up that I came all the way back home only to realise it was a futile trip, I got back to campus again. This time round, I'm really washed and tired when I arrived there. Still, I hanged out in my campus until the time came when I'm supposed to take some class photos for some Law students whom happen to be my close friends. (I'm in the editorial board for my campus, by the way) So, yeah. Everyone gathered and here comes the bad news. I was told that our "beloved" chief editor's "gay partner" (I'm only calling them gay because they cling onto each other for mutual, dirty, monitory benefits) decided that he should be the one taking the photos. And when questioned why isn't it Adrian and my job to take the photo, he claimed he has full clearance from the chief editor. Not that I'm whining someone is taking over my job willingly, but photography session is something I'm really interested in. And so, my friends came to me, asking for an explanation as to why Undesirable Number 1 is taking their class photo for them instead of me. I can only shrug my shoulders to them. Not only was Undesirable Number 1's photo taking technique sucks high time, but he's also a bloody opportunist who sucks on anyone's blood, given the opportunity. I found out that he is charging my friends a RM8 for every A4 sized photo that they want printed out. That's bloody obscene to me! A freaking RM8 for a every piece of A4 sized photo?! Plus, he forgot, or I think he doesn't want to mention that the A4 sized photos are not compulsory at all. Feigning it, he's probably leeching onto the new students, unknowing to the victims. Like, which idiot would take photos without even glancing through the lens or at least the screen?! He's just randomly snapping, showing off that he can click a DSLR (and it's not like he could handle it well), randomly snapping photos at wrong and I do mean, REALLY wrong angles.
Okay, skip the photo sessions. I'm getting too angry and tired. I came home early, skipping an interview I'm supposed to go because I'm waaaayyyyy too tired. When I got home, mum's being a bitch again. This time, she's bitching about the part where I've forgotten to fetch my sis, claiming that I'm a calculative little brat. well, naturally, anyone would have, you know, defended themselves, but I just kept quiet, feeling too tired to even mouth anything. And thus, she used her final tactic again, that is to treat me like I'm an outsider. She's not going to cook for me, not going to do my laundry and not going to bother what I'm going to do.. Which is quite the better.. honestly. Since I'm such a failure to her, it's only for the better that we stay this way for awhile. My dad asked me to tell her the exact situation, of which I said "Forget it" cause I know my mum is someone who wouldn't go back on their words, nor acknowledge her mistake. So yeah. here's how my day went. Pretty sucky as always, but well, I'm living up to it anyway. Till next time!

Yeap.. So, right now, I'm scouring the depths of my forum, looking for.. victims? LOL. Nah, customers. I'm an artist, so I've gotta find people to buy my commissions, ASAP!
Of course, life as an artist isn't easy anyway. You gotta really pay attention to what your customers want. As of late, I haven't been practising my drawings much, still... The desire to earn some money calls!
Maybe one day I'll upload my drawings in here!

Definitely not all too glamourous. Jordan has just decided to break up with me. Life sucks at this point. I went to sleep, hoping everything's just a bad dream, but well, when you wake back up into reality, you know you're only comforting yourself badly. So I've decided to move on, by asking for Jordan's forgiveness and living life as it is. We couldn't be together anyway, so it's only for the best. I have my own short-comings, he has his too. One thing I never regretted was loving him. Now we're only friends. Just friends. Haha. At least, we both deserve our own breathing space then. I do hope he will learn to live in a cleaner place. He really needs to clean up, though, perhaps, that's just me.
Still, I just got an offer to write journals. 3 journals a week, RM100 a month. Just to fill in my time, at least. Hopefully everything will turn up well.
Now what am I going to do? Well, prolly concentrate on studies.. Maybe earn some money, and hopefully, fall in love again. Life sucks, but what else can I do apart from sucking up to it. I'll take you on and I won't just stop here feeling sorry for myself. I might, but not for long. I'm not going to disappoint my friends. I'm always the one giving the advice, so how can I fail badly? XD
And as for me and Jordan, we're still friends. Though, things might get boring, but at least, I won't feel so guilty anymore when I check out some other guys. LOL. God bless us.

Today for some reason I was not feeling good. I had pain threw my entire body. I do not why. This was really bad for me. I hope tomorrow brings a better day of no pain. I really do not know what to say anymore since nothing really happans at school. I still have no friends there. I know a few people there like 5 and my cousin goes there to but have only seen him once and others well not really.

I miss having my friends around me. The one thing I really hate is being alone. I need to have someone be by my side may it be my mother, my friends or a lover. But having someone near me makes me feel good. I know we need to learn to be alone sometimes but for me its hard all day long no one around. I only see my friends on the weekend and my mom comes home late and goes to bed early.

I knwo its only been a few weeks in school but I feel like a lot of things in me are changing. I do not know what it is. But I think it has to do with Sunday. I have realized many things more about the gay world, and about me. Also since I turn 24 this October I think I should change a lot. No I am not going to become a typical gay guy. But try to be a little more understanding of others. I still will be a typical Korean boy who is formal and respectful but in a different way. This is hard for me to explain but I do feel a change in me.

Life is really short, and I do not want to miss any chance at making more friends and finding my love. We as humans need love. All kinds of love. From family, friends and your love. With this comes drama. Life is full of drama where ever you go. You really can not live with out drama. If you do than you must be on a island alone. With drama comes experiences good and bad. Better connections with your friends or disconnections. Life is a thing of ups and downs. You can not run away from drama or people. This is why its called Karma. For some reason I feel like I must have done something wrong in the past to have the life I am living now. I have been told by many people that I will be single forever. From two palm readers on opposite sides of the world and by quiz's online, and from pyshics. And even my BFF's ex said that I am unlucky. But this will not keep me from trying.

Hey guys,

God school is so hard right now. I went to dragon on Friday than on Sunday night went to Crave in San Jose but we stayed there for awhile be for heading up to SF to go to Sanctuary. I did not come home until 6am It was interesting but after that Circuit party me my BFF figure out there is no where to met the kinda of guys we want. As we can tell there all the guys care about looks(body), and for a few the drugs. We really felt like we were in one of those episodes from queers as folk. I know there are some good guys out there but it does not seem to be easy to find.

Me and my bff are not really into these gay things. We also ask our self if we are gay or not. Because we do not think like a gay guy at all. We do not think we are better, it may come across like that but we are the type of gay people that straight people would not mind if we got married to another man.

The differences between me and my bff from gays is that we are discrete with everything we do just like straight people. To me I believe the reason that straight people do not want gays to get married, (1) the flaunt their sexuality, (2) the expect everyone should like them, (3) sex media they get, (4) and many more things you do not see straight people doing at all.

In this world not everyone is going to like you. It does not matter your sexuality, race, age, height, weight, or beliefs. Sometimes people just do not like other people. And just because they do not like you, you should not get mad at them. Just because we are does not mean anything we are normal human beings who want love. I would think.

But enough of that topic before I get heated up. But One of my friends now ex friend as of 9/9/09 6:30pm told me that I can change to straight. I wish it was that easy. I told him that it is not a choice. He think it is. Stupid no one can every control who you love what you love and so on. Also his stupid roommate is also stupid. He think that I will turn him gay. Wow There are some stupid people in my country. But they were raised here during their teenage years. From experience Koreans in California are more open minded also back in Korea because one of my hyungs(bigbro) found out that I was gay he does not care at all. He still cares for me as if I was his real brother. But all Koreans who are in other parts of the U.S are way to Christian. They are like God this and so on. I hate those kinds of people.

I am sorry for the people who believe in a God but the Christian God base religions have been proven fake. There has not been a article or announcement on it in the media. But if you were a good Catholic school boy like me and study the bible and other science you would than figure it out. I do not know why science just says it.

I am just wondering if a gay couple can last forever. Once again, I broke up with a guy I really liked, because he is leaving Japan. We haven't been together for a long time, but I feel really sad and lonely. In this state of emptiness, I am just wondering if gays can be happy forever after. How can we build a life with someone if we cannot marry or have children? What makes a couple so strong is the different experiences they lived together, bad or good, hard or easy, happy or sad. But what happens when you cannot have among the best experiences in life with your partner? Is love enough to maintain the relation or do we need big projects, like raising kids, to help us stay together and enjoy life on another higher scale? The society is going further to equality, but we have to face the truth that it won't be before dozens of years. Can we go through this long life without experiencing the wonderful time of being a father? Are we condemned to broke up after months or years because apart from love, we cannot have anything else? Hey guys,

Sorry for the long post. I have been very busy since school started last Monday on the 24th. I am taking 5 class that are 1 hour and 15mins each. But the give way to much reading.

5.) Writing class for upper division
* At the and of this semester you might see in my blog words you have never seen before. This class is to make you use words you would have never think of just like the SAT words. He wants us to write the way he wants so because of the my writing will change a lot. I hope.

So Yeah this past Friday I went to Dragon with BFF, C.K, and V.R and met some of my other friends. C.L is leaving for China soon, so he went to Dragon. God he is so cute and sweet.

Saturday I was invited to a House Party that was fun. So many gay guys and they were tall Ha Ha. Where have they been all this time. Than on Sunday I went to the dinner party for C.L. His good bye party even though he is coming back in 2 months. He says but that is only if he cant find what he is looking for and no not a boy friend but something to change the way he is doing his life. And I really want him to. You never want someone to do something they do not want to do.

The dinner was nice I at least got to say my goodbyes. But at the party my BFF's ex came which I did not know that he knew C.L a little weird. Now its official the Gay Asian World is to small. So somehow BFF's ex knows I like C.L kinda weird. He says he can tell in my eyes. He also thinks me and C.L would be good together. "Hes a sweet guy and I am a rough bottom." BFF's Ex. How would he know haha. He also told me that I am to conservative when I am sober but when I am drunk I am so funny. Its true but still I bow and shake hands like you see most Asian do in Asia even when I am drunk. I think he wanted to say that I am not so much formal.

For me when I am around people I do not know or even a guy a like. I do not want to do anything stupid were they would not like me. So I try to be very formal and don't say anything. Life is very interesting for me.

Hey guys,

Sorry for the long wait on the new post. Been getting ready for the new school year at a new School. For all new Readers I just transferred to San Jose State University.

This weekend was interesting. Friday I went to dragon With my bff, C.K, and two of C.K friends. they were very quite . Well later in the night the guy I like was there so I went up to him and talk. He said he was not going to drink but ended up drinking anyways hes so cute and sweet. So we dance a little and he wanted to wear my hat because he likes it so I let him. But the gross and funny thing was when he came up to me and was trying to talk to me his face skid across my face hitting my lips. Sounds hot but he was very sweaty so his sweat made my face look like i just came out of the pool. Ha Ha.

But C.K's friends ended up taking a taxi drive to my house because of something. They didn't talk to us at all just went off by themselves. And their car was at my house which is stupid why they did not come back with us. Also on Saturday I end-up figuring out who one of the guys was. A guy who told me to help him find a bf a long time ago.

Sunday we went to Fresh at Ruby Sky of course every gay there had their shirts off. Which was not ok for me. Even if I had a body which I did have back in Korea I would not take my shirt off to show my body. Let my boy friend see that.

After that we went to met up with my crush aka C.L. We went to Singing Room which was fun he has such a sexy and professional voice. God I love him ha ha.This was all until 3am I was so tired. However one of our friends T.Z left his keys at one of his friends house and his friend did come to the door to let him in so my bff called me and said if he can stay at my house I said yes. But this was like 420am. When he gets here I am really tired since I did not sleep the night before. I wait with him until his friend from Berkly pics him up. His friend gets there around 6am. SO I slept the whole day Monday.

Past Dates and Guys I liked

Hey guys,

Well I thought I would write down all my past dates, guys I liked, and the 1st bf i ever had. With all these guys I had talk to them online for at least 2-3weeks. I am writing this since a lot of people do not believe me.

I have very good memory even if I am really drunk I still know how to get home and where we park the car. So I am a person you can not take advantage of when drunk. I remember everything. The sad part of this is that people with good memory will end up getting the memory loss disease.

Guys I dated

1st Guy:
With this guy who was Korean American, ask me if I would like to go on a date. Of course I sad yes. This was in my junior year of high school Spring of 2003. Later that day he tells me he is seeing someone down in LA and that this date is for fun. I was sad of course since I only believe in dating one person at a time. He should have said he wanted to make friends. Instead of me going up there to met him and being so happy.

2nd Guy:
He was Taiwanese American this was in fall of 2004. He asked of course I was like ok. We met up at Mission College I was taking English class before I went back to Korea. Well after a week he ended up with a Black Guy. And they are still together to this day.

3rd Guy:
I met a Mix Asian guy and I mean mix with almost every Asian country you could think of he was the real United Nations of Asia Ha Ha. I met him in Fall of 2004. He was 2 years younger so he was 17. We dated a few times. And than out of no where he said he does not what he wants. So it did not work.

4th Guy:
I was back in Korea this was February 2005. After a week being back in Korea I had gone to met a guy that I was taking to online back in America. That did not work out either. We dated for like 1 day.

5th Guy:
I met him but now I am like what ever to all guys that talk to me or give me compliments. Like the guys before , we would chat online for awhile and have web cam conversations so they know what I look like. This was in 2006 And we met he was like he really likes me, but after 2 weeks he stop calling me and everything. I was worried. Because He was at the age of going to the Army and I did not know what happen to him. I would look at his cyworld and he has not been online.

6th Guy:
I met him in January 2007. this guy became my boyfriend. My first and feels like my last. We broke up because I came to America in October of 2007.

7th Guy:
He was Vietnamese American met him in 2007 December. Just Graduated from High school. He said is physical attractive to me but after getting to know me he was not personality. We had talk and he felt like he knew everything and know that he is out of High school he thinks everything is going to be like what he thinks. After this guy I would not date anyone younger than me. He was to immature.

8th Guy:
A Filipino American around the end of January 2008. We had talk but this guy I could have liked if he was not to fast. The 4th time we met he had dinner and a hotel ready with rose all over the bed and in the bathroom. Very romantic but way to fast for me. And probably a lot of other People.

9th Guy:
A Malaysian Guy I met him in Summer of 2008. But he was way to much into his Makeup and hair fashion. He looks all sweet and manlyin his picture. But after going up to the city he ended up being to much of a girl for me. And he said he was a Top.

10th Guy:
Which you all know is the guy I wrote about in another blog. Filipino. For the new readers. He was a guy who I felt was lying. And also was to girl y for me.

Now I will write about the guys I really liked.

1st Guy:
He was Chinese. Met him in Spring of 2008 Very nice and kind to me and we still talk. I think it could have work but the problem was he is a bottom.

2nd Guy:
A Hong Kong guy we met in Summer of 2008. I really liked him. We talk online he would say how cute I am and so on. And after a few time we met he ended up liking my Best Friend.

3rd Guy:
He was Hong Kong guy also who was nice to me always pick me up since he only lived 5 mins away from me. He would say nice things to me but to my best friend he was mean but that was how he show that he liked my best friend.

4th Guy:
He was Chinese met him this past year around spring time. He was pretending to flirt with me. He said he like guys with glasses and when he was worried about me when I disappeared and when we met and hang out he would be like where is my hug. And I never seen him hugging anyone else. And when we are in the Smoking Patio he would hold me from the back. One time he just comes up to me and says hey baby and starts freak dance me and getting a little to close to my lips.

Hey guys,

I do not know why my other blog is down. I saw other blog sites that were aloud to have pictures and videos of gay stuff. And can not be my way of thinking either because than that would be against my freedom to say what I want to say.

This weekend was the same like always. Dragon there were some cute guys. Sunday I went with friends to a Vietnamese Restaurant. Which I do not like by the way. 3 of the people with us were Viet. I did not want to seem rude but I do not like their food. I am not a fan of South East Asian Food. About a year after I came here me and my mom had Viet Food for the first time, we end up getting food poison. The funny thing about that is that a lot of my friends said it was not until they came to America that they got food poison. Plus I really do not like the sauce and the way they cook it. Foods that I love is Japaneses, Italian, Chinese(my friends family cooking not restaurants), and of course Korean.

After that we went to see Perfect Getaway, which is a crap movie. The actress from Resistant Evil is a good actress but this film, ruin her. Than we went to Quickly and had a chat fro a few hours.

My life is almost over. I start school on the 24th. But I am happy because I really do not want to sit on my butt anymore.

Alright, last night me and my friends went to a perty, when we just so happened to get on the subject about homophobia. Why are people homo-phobic? This random dude came out of nowhere, and he says he's homo-phobic because it wasn't meant for the same sex to be together, and my response I think you have a right to love whoever you want same sex or not... so he asked me was I, I said no actually I'm Bi myself, he says Oh! So my friends was like well there has got to be more reasons to feel that way, and this iggnorant ass dude says, well I don't want them checkin me out, and me with my big ass mouth got pissed of and said well just because their gay, doesn't mean they are checkin your ugly ass out! So at the end of the night my friends ask me, what did I think about the whole thing. My conclusion about the whole thing, PEOPLE ARE HOMO-PHOBIC BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID THAT AT ANY GIVIN MOMENT, IF A GAY WAS TO TRY SOMETHING, THEY ARE AFRAID THEY MIGHT LIKE IT... I don't understand why my fellow young gay guys are so interested in sexy female vocalists.

Clearly we don't want to make love to them. We're gay males.

So, I guess many gay guys identify with sexy female vocalists?

I can halfway understand loving sexy girls. I can halfway understand identifying with sexy girls. But, for the most part, I like male music in a man's men's world. Is that weird? In fact, I identify much more easily with straight men than I do with straight women. Not always. Sometimes I can and do identify with straight women. But not so often.

To be honest, I'm really surprised how much girl-i-ness shows up in our Top 20. It's like... girl, girl, girl, girl, girl.

If I wanted to be like a girl I would get a sex change.

So, my question: Why girlie music?
