I'm trying to filter by category. This works with 'item.category' (example Lifehacker) But fails with 'item.category.term' (all Typepad blogs) Any suggestions?

Why can't I filter on a field which might contain 0? If an item in a field has an element with the value of 0, it is greyed out in the Filter module.
