This pipe takes a listing of open microloans on http://www.kiva.org/ and GeoCodes each item based on the nationality of the entrepreneur requesting a loan. The end result allows users to browse a interactive Yahoo! map to see where Kiva is currently fund-raising.
This Pipe is a mashup of most blogs I have found from the GeoSpatial Industry. I sorted them so that the most recent entries come up first and limited them to the top 100 which should speed up rendering. I hope you find this as informative as I have...

This Pipes app shows where people are tweeting on a particular topic.
Type something to search for, then click "Run Pipe". The tweets show up as map markers showing the tweeter's location. Click on the marker to read the tweet.
